The Boy Scouts is an organization that was created to help young boys who didn’t have anything to do during the day except get into trouble. Lord Baden Powell founded it in England. Boy Scouts is a club that teaches boys about almost all subjects, it does this by merit badges. A merit badge is what you need to advance in the levels of Boy Scouts, there are a lot of merit badges. The levels if ranks are Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life, and Eagle. Eagle is the crowning achievement in Boy Scouts it is the final rank. In Boy Scouts you cannot advance after you are 18 so it is a challenge to get it. You must have a service project approved by a committee and do all the other qualifications. You also need the 23 required merit badges.
